Proposal Bond

Proposal Bond – A kind of agreement surety bond. It is a three-party arrangement in between the Principal, the Obligee as well as the Surety. The bond confirms that if the professional is the low prospective buyer, they will participate in an agreement for the proposal. The bond works as insurance to shield the Obligee, and makes up for the expenses on rebidding a job if the Principal does not contract.
